Looking for a satricial jab at that whiny, incompetent Cinderella? Turn to Cinderella's next door neighbor, Cinder Edna. While Cinderella grouses over how she is going to get to the ball and has to enlist the help of her fairy godmother to help her figure out a solution, Cinder Edna straps on some sensible dancing shoes and takes the bus. Problem solved.
Kids familiar with the traditional Cinderella plot will get a kick out of this title, as will the adult doing the reading.
